INFRASTRUCTURE AS SKYSCRAPER｜2023

This regenerative design used the existing viaduct of the first elevated highway in the city in China in the 80s, 20^th century, and upgraded this half-century-old urban expressway into more than a transportation amenity but a route to adapt urbanization, shifting land resources, and air pollution threat.
